Kogi State Poly’s Art Exhibition Commences

The department of Fine Art and Industrial Design of Kogi State Polytechnic is set to host its biggest art exhibition in the history of School.

While speaking with E-Reporter News, the Dean of the Department Mr.Akande Pedro said the exhibition is organized to showcase to the world , the abilities of the School and possibly get the attention of government and Art loving individuals all around the country.

The art exhibition with the theme: Rhythm of Aesthetics will have on display, colorful and functional art works like, paintings, sculptures, ceramics, graphic and textile designs respectively.

The exhibition is expected to have as special guest of honour, The Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello. Other dignitaries expected are the Deputy Governor, Elder Simon Achuba, the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Chief David Onoja, the speaker Kogi State House of Assembly and the Commissioner for Finance, the Commissioner for Education and other dignities.

The art exhibition commences from Thursday 24th to Friday 25th of March, 2018. The exhibition starts by 10 a.m prompt at the premises of the School of Art, Design and Printing.

As at the time of filling this report, where is in top gear in the school, as it get set to host art lovers and enthusiast.
